Are there other payment methods? I don't have a credit card.

You can purchase a prepaid voucher from an AA outlet.

I wish to buy tests in bulk. Who do I contact?

Send an email to info@cltnet.com.au with the details of your purchase. For example, I am interested in purchasing 100 vouchers of test type car with 5 tests per voucher.

Can I have multiple users logged in on the same account?

No. Each person must have their own account.

How do I change my profile?

You can change your profile information clicking the "Edit Profile" button at this page. You can also change your password at this page by clicking on the "Change Password" button.

I need an invoice/receipt sent to me.

A tax invoice is emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please check your email inbox.

Do the tests have an expiry date?

Yes. Unused purchased tests will expire after 12 months, started tests will expire after 3 days.

Can the tests be downloaded or can I get hard copies of the test or can I print them?

All our tests are online only. They must be performed in front of a computer connected to the internet. They cannot be downloaded, printed or sent to you via mail. We do not sell scratchies.

Can I see a test report?

You can see a report of all tests by first navigating to your tests page, and clicking on the "Show Report" link next to the test.

I want a refund because ….

We only issue refunds if there were technical problems with the site that prevented you from performing your tests. We do not give out refunds if you have simply changed your mind, you have unused tests, you had trouble logging in or you have moved country.

How do I redeem a voucher?

Register or Login, then follow the "Buy Tests" navigation menu to redeem vouchers or purchase tests using your credit card.

I can't redeem my voucher again.

Vouchers are only redeemed once. Log in to access your remaining tests.
